Orders
If you would like to place an order with us then you should register as a customer.
All our prices include VAT and shipping costs (within the Netherlands).
Delivery time
Articles which you order will usually be delivered within a week.
Complaints

Problems with shopping
Please let us know if you encounter any (technical) problems using the store.
Articles which are no longer available
If an article is no longer available then you will be informed of this and the amount you paid will be transferred back to you.
Payment facilities
You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Order status
If the status is designated as IN PREPARATION
then we have received your order and the articles which are in stock
will be made ready for consignment. Articles which are not in stock
will be ordered from our supplier.
If the status is PROCESSED then the articles which you ordered have been made ready for consignment.
If the status is SENT then the articles you ordered have been sent to you.
